- Punctuality and attendance is essential for successful completion of class.
- Both written and practical exams will be conducted when applicable.
- Students must achieve a minimum score of 80% in both theory and practical exams (when applicable), in order to receive certification.
- Purple Esthetics Training Centre reserves the right to change or cancel class dates and prices at any time. In cases where class or kit prices change, no additional costs will be incurred by students who have already registered for that class and/or paid for their class kits.
- When travel for training is required, additional costs may apply.
- Students are responsible to find their models for class completion. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee for completing any practical portion, with educator time at the cost of $100 per hour.
- Class Expiry: Classes expire six months from beginning of class date. Failure to complete all theory and practical training/exams in the time frame may result in retaking the class at full cost.
- Class Extension: If an extension is required to complete class, it is at the sole discretion of the educator and may be subject to a $100 extension fee. Any more than two extensions, must be approved by head office.
- Any reprint of certificate will result in a minimum $25 administration fee.
- A minimum $200 fee will apply for any exam rewrite, repeat, or reschedule at the student’s request.
- A $75 fee will apply for any student requesting class changes or cancellations within 72 hours of class date. Your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, only TRANSFERABLE to another date.
- Models must be over the age of 18. Children are not permitted in the building anytime.
- You may have a lunch break in your chosen class. We highly recommend you bring a lunch, as there are few places in the area to access in a short time frame for lunch. Students will also have access to a kitchen equipped with a fridge, and microwave.
- We are a Fragrance-Free facility. We ask that you refrain from wearing any strong perfumes or lotions.
- Dress code in effect for all classes. Specifics will be emailed to you after registration.
