Amy Roccia is an integral part of the Purple Esthetics Training team. She is the woman behind the scenes! Amy started her career in the Esthetics industry in the late 1990’s, intrigued by an industry that was growing at a rapid rate. She enrolled and graduated with a full Esthetics Certificate in 1997, and has been a part of the community ever since.
The Magical Makeup Artist
Bonnie Lorrimer’s passion for beauty originated in 1996 when she started working for a makeup company. Realizing how much she loved making people look and feel fantastic, she decided to attend school to become a professional makeup artist, beginning a fabulous career in the beauty industry.
The NSI Nail Guru
Darlene’s love for nails began in 1992 when she opened her own business, and subsequently grew her clientele to a full time job. In 2008, she became an NSI Educator and in addition, took on the responsibilities of in house Educator for Purple Beauty Supplies.
The Rare Gem
Jannesa Yong-Morris is a CIDESCO certified Esthetician, wife and mother of two young boys. She has always felt drawn to the industry. Starting her career in 2013, she quickly knew this was the career for her. Her belief is that if a person feels good in their own skin, they are happier and more confident.
The Gatekeeper (Customer Care Manager)
Jennifer Lieshout has been a part of the Purple Beauty Supplies group for over 12 years. She was originally a client, working part time in the industry as both a nail and lash technician, and would often come into Purple to visit and purchase supplies. Jennifer loved the atmosphere and especially all the exciting new products Wendy would always have. She has an infectious energy and a great personality.
The Lash Lover
Kierra has had the privilege of working in this industry for 20 years. She started her career as a makeup artist, specializing in bridal makeup. As she cultivated relationships, she decided to expand her portfolio. Ever the self-driven woman, Kierra earned an esthetics diploma and worked her way to becoming Spa Director at one of the most recognized Spa/Salons in Edmonton in fairly short order.
The Sugar Queen
Mallory was always into beauty from a young age. Born and raised in New Brunswick, she moved to Edmonton in 2012. Once in Alberta, she took a great interest in esthetics. After attending Marvel College, Mallory dedicated her time to perfecting her skills and building a clientele within the industry.
The Skincare Specialist (and Territory Manager)
Maneesha Fraser believes “looking your best for your age” is the most important element of skincare. If you are “comfortable with the skin you’re in”, no matter what your age, you will feel beautiful! With these two thoughts in mind, Maneesha works tirelessly to help people find new ways to benefit from the latest advancements within the medical/beauty industry.
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Rachelle Redix is dedicated to providing students with the knowledge and passion that she has for the industry. Raised in a salon/spa, she has had the opportunity to work in many different aspects of the beauty world.
